Why wedding ring should be put on the fourth finger??

Why wedding ring should be put on the fourth finger??

Thumb represents
parents
Second finger represents brothers & sisters
Center finger represents
own self
Fourth finger represents
your partner
Last finger represents
your children
Really interesting

Why wedding ring should be put on the fourth finger??
Pls read the following, you may not believe that really god made this a miracle (this is from a Chinese excerpt) but still interesting!

Firstly, join your palms as shown in photo below, center finger bend and put together back to back
Secondly, let the rest of the 4 fingers touch tips to tip
Game begins, follow the instructions below for all the 5 fingers but only 1 pair can split.

Try to open your thumb, the thumb represents parents, it can be opened because all human being do go thru sickness and death. Whoever may be, our parents will leave us one day.

Please close up your thumb, Then open your second finger, this finger represents brothers and sisters, they do have their own family which is the reason that they will leave us too. Now close up your second finger,
Open up your little finger, this represents your children. Sooner or later they too will leave us for they got they own living to live nevertheless, close up your little finger,
Try to open your fourth finger in which we put our wedding ring; you will be surprised to find that it cannot be opened at all. Because it represents husband and wife, this whole life you will be attached to each other

Real love will stick together ever and forever. . . ..........

Pearls.... Oh Pearls....

I oh so love pearls! I usually splurge on these pearl things before. I really don't know what's with akoya pearl necklace that I love. I find them so elegant.... yup! when I wear my favorite and most loved pearl necklace which my sister bought in Dubai, I felt so elegant. Even when I am in my most casual clothes, I felt so special.

Now that I just gave birth a couple of months back, I cannot do my usual hunting and shopping for authentic pearls anymore. It's a good thing that somebody introduced me to this site that sells freshwater pearl necklace. I know that shopping online has so many risk but with this site all their pearls are guaranteed 100% authentic and genuine. The have a wide array of akoya saltwater pearls and fresh water pearls. I also learned that their pearl jewelries are carefully handpicked and hand knotted. I browsed their gallery of jewelries and trust me.... you'll be amaze at how beautiful their bracelets, earrings and necklaces are. I really can't wait to buy one of their black pearl necklace that I spotted while browsing their jewelry catalog. They sell at a very reasonable price and prices are guaranteed to be the lowest you can find online.
I also found out that they are offering a 5% discount just by joining the discount club , and mind you, this discount club is free to join, cool huh!? and one more good news for their buyers .... they are offering free shipping worldwide.

No question about the quality of the item that you are paying for because as they say " WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU PAY". If in any case or reasons that you are not satisfied with the items that you purchased (which I know you'll love!) they will be giving back your money, no questions asked or whatsoever.

Got to go now and I think that it is much better to visit the site yourself to learn more by asking their pearl expert for free. Happy shopping everyone!!

Weekly Fest: Crying Peeps

Week 15 at PMC: CRYING PEEPS

Above photo was taken September 2007. My daughter Symone was rushed in the hospital for having an on and off fever for 5 consecutive days. As a mother I was so worried and scared that my daughter might be caught with Dengue. The doctors were asking for her blood, urine and stool samples to rule out dengue. Since it's my daughter's first time to have her blood extracted, she was crying her heart out. No words were enough to comfort her. This event was one of those things that I don't want to happen again. Finally, hubby bought her her favorite french fries at Mcdo and that's the only time she stopped crying. If we only knew that french fries were enough to pacify her fears we could have bought one earlier... hehehe! Anyway, my sister ella was with us in the hospital, she was at Symone's side during these times and I'm so thankful to her for loving her niece very much.

Our Lazy Sunday

I've been always looking forward for Sunday.... why? because my family is complete here in the house every Sunday. Hubby doesn't have work so he gets to spend more time with the kids. I, on the other hand got more time with my laptop. Usually every Sunday hubby and I together with the kids goes to the mall to stroll then after wards have our dinner somewhere but today is different. We spent our afternoon sleeping. Yep... the 4 of us slept till 6pm. It's a good thing that hubby and I went to church earlier than usual. I really don't know what happened to us. When we woke up, we decided not to have our usual dine out anymore but instead hubby asked me to cook for dinner.

It's almost midnight and the kids are all sleeping. It is just now that I'm doing my blog stuffs. I don't know if I can still finish my 300 ec drops....

Have a great week ahead fellow bloggers!

Happy Birthday MAMA!!!

A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials, heavy and sudden, fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends who rejoice with us in our sunshine, desert us when troubles thicken around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts. -- Washington Irving (1783-1859)

How Time Flies...

I was so bored this afternoon and cannot think of anything to do. I just thought of browsing some old photos on my laptop instead of boring myself to death. I saw pictures that I somewhat forgot already. There were pictures of my little girl Symone during her toddler years and what struck me the most were the pictures that hubby took when I gave birth last January. It reminds me of pain and also it reminds me of how fulfilled I am seeing my child for the very first time. It is wonderful to see his face again when he was just a couple of minutes old. How time really flies... My daughter Symone is already in pre-school and my little boy Liam is doing some extraordinary stunts which amuses us everyday. I cannot help but wonder how blessed I am having this little boy in my life along with her big sister Symone.

I cherish pictures so much that I wanted to make it a slideshow or a photoshow.... a slideshow with all the styles, music and effects. I searched for a software or tool for doing a slideshow until I came across this site that offers a free slideshow maker with all the add ons that I wanted. Roxio online is a very useful tool in making those old photos come to life. Try checking out their site and try doing photoshows in an instant for FREE... yup! this is totally free. You can even burn your finished photoshow on a cd and share them with your friends. Try it out!!!

Heres the pictures that I was talking about... my pictures before and after delivering my son.

Can't Live Without It!

The world will be destroyed and we will all be transferred to a new home, a new planet and a new environment... sounds scary to me! but if it will happen and you were about to bring your most loved and most favorite thing in the whole world, what will it be? It's kinda hard for me to answer this question since I have so many things in mind that I want to bring...my mobile phone, my psp, my mp3 player, my digital camera etc. There are so many things that I really need but I decided to bring my ever reliable laptop. I assume that technology is much advanced in our new planet and internet service will be available. I can do so many things with my laptop which includes playing my favorite games, playing my favorite music and doing my usual blogging stuffs.

Social-spark-315x235

It made me think of hubby's latest game addiction, Richard Garriott's Tabula Rasa also known as Operation Immortality: Leave your mark. Save Humanity. Basically this game, Tabula Rasa is a sci-fi, fast paced and action packed multiplayer online game which puts you in a never ending fight and battle for freedom against the alien race known as Bane. High tech weapons and Alien powers will be used by the soldiers (players)to prevent Bane's threat.

This is a real nice and cool game. Don't waste your time anymore...download Tabula Rasa now and start your free 7 day trial. Good Luck and Happy Playing!

PMC Weekly Fest... WHEN YOU WERE

This is my first time ever to join the weekly fest at PMC. This week's fest is being sponsored by
Pinaymama's Diary, A Mother's Journal, Simple Life, Simply Me and Pinay in States

Anyways, this week's theme is to post a sort of before and after pictures. Pictures of before and after marriage. So here is my entry..... The first photo was taken May 1998. It was taken right after a movie date I guess. We've been going out for only a year then. The next photo was taken last April '08 right after our son's christening.

We've been together for 11 years now and I know that we will still be spending more and more years with each other and with our two little angels.

No Sweat

Today?s miracle sweat-wicking micro-fibers hide a dirty little secret that serious athletes know about. They?re great at wicking away moisture. But they embed perspiration residue deep into the fabric. The result: musty, stubborn sweat odors that linger no matter how hard you try to get them out.
