The Longest Breakfast Menu List

Everyone likes to start their day with a comfort food for breakfast. What kind of food do you take? This would be a good way to find out your blogger friend’s favourite food for breakfast.

All you need to do is to put your name down, the country you are in and your favourite breakfast meal. Let’s see how we can have this breakfast ‘menu’ travelled all around cyberspace and learn what each blogger living in different country and what do they eat for breakfast. This meme was created by a little lady with a penchant to spy around little baskets while marketing. Her favourite breakfast of the day is none other than Roti Prata, an indian flat bread. What about you? What is your favourite breakfast meal of the day?

1. Spymama, Singapore - Roti Prata 2. CaramelCorn, Singapore - Half Boiled Eggs and Toast 3. Name, Country, Favourite Breakfast 4. Proud Mommy, Philippines - Fried Rice, Ham and Scrambled Egg

HammeRuler ... Redesign almost ready!

The previous conversation asked for your help with the HammeRuler commercial ... well, there's a tie, so we need you to break it.

The HammeRuler is convenient. Our research shows that when you're hammering you are more likely to next use a ruler than any other tool. But so what? Well, that's the metric we've found ... it's called Short Measure Acceleration or SMA for short ... SMA says that you can complete your job faster, and get back to the music, the sports, the cooking you enjoy!

The Week That Was

Yes I am guilty! guilty of not updating this blog for days now. I am down with flu and been very busy.

Last July 27th I prepared a simple dinner for special relatives and few close friends. Wanna know why? Actually it's my daughter Symone's 5th birthday. We had a simple celebration. I cooked and prepared all the foods just by myself. It is a simple dinner but I see to it that Symone got her cake and balloons.

It's a very tiring day for all of us but my Symone is very happy and it's an enough reason for us not to feel exhausted anymore. So to all the people who loves my daughter and who remembered to greet her.... THANK YOU SO MUCH for making my child more that just happy!

The following day July 28th, Monday was Symone's real birth date. Since there's no school and hubby didn't go to work, we all stayed home and slept all day. Symone wanted to have her favorite Vanilla Frappe at Starbucks and since it's her day we let the little girl have it. So off we go to the nearest Starbucks....

Went home kinda late and that's when I felt that I am starting to have a flu.
Thank God and I'm feeling a little better now and feeling good that I'm back in blogging again!

Citizenship Marketplace

This is a follow up to the "Citizenship For Sale?" conversation. In the first conversation, many folks were concerned about the morality of selling their own citizenship ... that concern is right on target and it was pleasant to see our dNeeroites question that possibility. However, Nobel Laureate Gary Becker's proposal has to do with the U.S. government selling the right to legal immigration. Can such a proposal work in the U.S. ... could it work for other countries? Can the law of supply and demand work to solve immigration problems?

Had a dinner with my friends at Cable Car (ATC), It's been awhile since we saw each other. They were my friends from college. I'm so happy seeing them once again. We were so busy catching up with all the things that happened to us for the past years. We talked about all the crazy thing that we did when we were in school. I miss them terribly and I'm hoping to have more of these reunion and get together stuffs with them more often.

All that I can say is.... After all these years nothing has changed, We may be older but definitely we are now wiser. We are still as crazy as ever.... and I know that we are now blessed because we are now mommies, YEP! crazy mommies! hahaha!

The World's First All-glass Undersea Restaurant Opens

15 th April marks the day that the first ever all-glass undersea restaurant in the world opens its doors for business at the Hilton Maldives Resort & Spa. It will sit five meters below the waves of the Indian Ocean, s! urrounded by a vibrant coral reef and encased in clear acrylic offering diners 270-degrees of panoramic underwater views.

'We have used aquarium technology to put diners face-to-face with the stunning underwater environment of the Maldives', says Carsten Schieck, General Manager of Hilton Maldives Resort & Spa. 'Our guests always comment on being blown away by the colour, clarity, and beauty of the underwater world in the Maldives, so it seemed the perfect idea to build a restaurant where diners can experience fine cuisine and take time to enjoy the views - without ever getting their feet wet.'

Created by MJ Murphy Ltd, a design consultancy based in New Zealand, Ithaa's distinctive feature is the use of curved transparent acrylic walls and roof, similar to those used in aquarium attractions. 'The fact that the entire restaurant except for the floor is made of clear acrylic makes this unique in the world,' continues Schieck, 'We are currently planting a coral garden on the reef to add to the spectacular views of the rays, sharks and many colorful fish that live around the area.
